1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after order confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification containing your tracking details.

2. Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery across Pakistan on all orders. No additional delivery charges will be added at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Orders to rural or remote areas may require a few additional days.

3. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders throughout Pakistan.

Please ensure that your contact number and delivery address are complete and accurate to prevent delays. We recommend keeping the payable amount ready when your order arrives.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link through email and WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor the delivery status of your order.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

We carefully package every wall frame to protect it during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or a video of the damaged item and its packaging.

6. Delivery Delays and Special Conditions

Deliveries to rural or remote locations may take longer due to limited courier access.

Delivery times may also be extended during public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and destination.
