1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
• You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, especially for rural or remote areas. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan.
  

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and Whatsapp.
• Use this link to track your order status in real-time.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

• We take great care in packaging your wall frames. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photos of the damaged item. Read our Replacement Policy for further details.
• In case of missing items, let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

6. Special Conditions

• Remote Areas: Orders to remote areas may take a few additional days due to limited courier access.
• Weather or Holidays: During major holidays, or in case of inclement weather, delivery times may be extended.
